Office manager since 1987, Naomi has established a niche for the Green Bay eye clinic by infusing it with art. Art is visible in the creative works displayed in the small, boutique-type office and the artisan frames available in every price range. An award-winning mixed media sculptor, Naomi loves to work with her hands and express herself through art. She also loves to fit patients with custom eye glass frames, to improve their vision, lifestyle and psyche. Besides sculpting, Naomi enjoys being in the great outdoors and spending time with her family.

Working at the front desk of Moes Vision, Deb is the friendly face that greets people as they enter. Behind the warm smile is an experienced eye care professional committed to providing the finest in customer service. Insurance billing is her forte, and she helps patients utilize their benefits fully. She also enjoys helping patients select frames they love. An award-winning quilter, her hobbies are quilting and camping.

Kevin K. Voss, OD, has been practicing optometry since 2001 and has been in the Green Bay area since 2008. He offers a wide scope of vision care. He excels at diagnosing, treating and managing glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye and other eye conditions and will help you find the optimum eyeglass or contact lens prescription. Outside the office, his interests include running, reading mystery and suspense novels, riding on his motorcycle and spending time with his family. He looks forward to meeting you and listening to your visual concerns and providing the best patient care that you deserve.

As a dispensing optician, Edie opens a dialogue with patients to learn their needs and wants as she fits them with eye glasses or contact lenses. She enjoys styling patients into a new look within their comfort level. Edie loves doing what she does and believes that Moes Vision is a great place to work and meet great people. Outside of work, Edie is a gourmet baker and owner of Edie’s Kitchen.

Francis J. Moes, OD, has been practicing optometry since the 1970s, originally in his home state of Nebraska. From Nebraska, he moved to Green Bay and operated an eye clinic with a colleague for 15 years. In 1986, he opened Moes Vision Center at the present location on Military Avenue. The practice has grown over the years, yet it has maintained its intimate feeling. Dr. Moes has earned respect from his peers and his patients as a dedicated and compassionate optometrist. He has provided high quality, comprehensive eye care to hundreds of patients over the years and is now enjoying semi-retirement.
